Storm slows rural trash pickup, meter readers

Methvin Sanitation had to leave about 70 percent of its rural customers in Baxter and Marion counties without trash pickup this week due to the more than 8 inches of ice and snow left by Winter Storm Cleon, which packed many rural roads.
